I would give this company a 0 out of 5 if I could...

PLEASE take this review seriously. AJMadison has the WORST customer service EVER! Do you think "Oh well, I'm just going to buy online, have them ship to me, end of story. What do I care about customer service". Well that's what *I* thought. Until my product didn't ship as promised. I e-mailed and e-mailed and called. I never got a reply as to when my product was shipped. It was weeks late. This has happened MORE than once. Another time they shipped to my BILLING address even after I SPECIFICALLY asked them to ship to the apartment building where I needed the appliance installed.

There are WAY too many other places to buy online. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AJMADISON!!!
