Customer service here sucks. They don't answer the phone, the email address they use to send to you does not work if you try to reply back to them. They said my order shipped that we paid for an overight delivery and two days later they email it is on backorder until next week. Then a day later they say it has been shipped again. I had already canceled it the day before and I finally got a live person. They said they would try to stop the shipment but they could not contact the shipping department directly, What? So now I see it has been shipped overnight and will be refused when it gets here on Monday and I will have to deal with the return nightmare that is sure to insue. Good price is not worth what you have to deal with when ordering from these guys.
