A great little laptop with a solid state drive which improves speeds tremendously! Be aware however that the Eee PC does not come with a DVD/CD drive (you can add an external one, but who really wants to carry that around all the time), offers only 8 GBs of storage (but you can add an external hard drive for more GBs), comes preinstalled with a version of Linux (although several people have successfully installed XP and Ubuntu on it), and finally...the solid state drive can only handle a certain number of writes before it fails (however, most people don't really need to worry about this as they will most likely never reach that many writes)
