i eat too many of these and while they are all natural and lots of vitamins, they do have added sugar which gives them a yummy flavor but doesn't make them good frequent snacking. I add a few to my granola for a bit of sweetness.

add crunch to your salads or a little extra to your morning cereal. hempseed packs tons of protein and omega 3s to keep you super healthy.
