In september 2007, I purchased a laptop battery from this company. In December it failed, so I called customer support, received an RMA number, and returned the battery for replacement. The USPS delivery confirmation shows that they received the battery almost two months ago, but they have not yet sent a replacement. I have called their customer service on several occasions and they acknowledge that they received the returned product, and then they proceed to give me FED-EX tracking numbers that are bogus. I have paid for the battery, but have nothing. I now realize that I've been ripped-off and plan to contact the BBB and FTC.
