I wish I could give a negative star rating!! After waiting 3 weeks for the washing machine they said was in stock and would ship next day. It was dead, they WOULD NOT exchange it for a working unit. They sent a service man to fix it??? this is a brand new unit that failed during the installation test sequence... waited a week for the repair man....then two weeks later was told that the part needed is not in the parts manual and that the manufactuer was working on getting them a part number. Through out this whole ordeal I was in contact with U.S Appliance begging for them to just exchange the dead unit.... I was told that is NOT their policy. I finally invoked the 30 day return policy...Then I had to fight with them that the return time started when the unit arrived not when we ordered it....because it had been more that 30 days since the order.
